Manufacturing
Company Isometics LLC has 2000 m2 of manufacturing area, which is located 30 kilometers from Voronezh city, where the following lines are successfully functioning:
- Raw preparation line, which consists of large, medium and fine crushing aggregates, mill, classifier and drying drum;
- Line for dry concrete, gunning and other mixes production equipped with specifically designed for our company high-speed planetary mixer (produced by Sicoma, Italy);
- Molding line, equipped with a vibrational table, chamber furnace with drawplate, bell furnace with programmable operating modes in accordance with the schedule of products’ heat treatment;
- Line for ceramic fibres materials production, including modular units with application temperature up to 1600 ° C;
- Line for production of insulating mixes for tundishes, steel and iron ladles.
Manufacturing capacities of our company allows us to produce up to 12000 tons of unshaped 1000 tons of shaped refractories annually.
It should be mentioned that the manufacturing area of our enterprise is located near Voronezh, what ensures convenient interactions with multiple customers throughout Russia. Advantageous geographical location, motorways and trunk railways availability allows us to deliver our production as soon as possible.
Production and logistic capacities of our enterprise enable us to optimize the manufacturing and delivery processes and to fulfil all the orders in the shortest possible time.
